Below is a list of resources. It is not an exhaustive list. It includes the resources I refer students to the most often. If you are feeling overwhelmed, you do not know where to begin, but you know you need help my door is open. Together we can find the resources you need. In most cases the conversations we have are confidential. Exceptions are if you or someone else is in danger, and in cases of sexual misconduct. In these situations I am obligated to report to the university.
